LaravelSMTP provides email delivery services for Laravel applications, including:

• Open-source Laravel package for email configuration
• Hosted dashboard for email analytics and logs
• Integration with multiple email service providers
• Webhooks and delivery tracking

To use our paid services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account information updated
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You agree not to use LaravelSMTP for:

• Sending spam, unsolicited, or bulk email
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful activities
• Phishing or fraudulent activities

For paid services:

• Payments are processed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
• You are responsible for all taxes and fees

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
• We may suspend service for policy violations
• Third-party provider issues may affect delivery

Regarding your data:

• You retain ownership of your data
• We process data according to our Privacy Policy
• You grant us license to process data for service delivery
• You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws

LaravelSMTP and its content are protected by intellectual property laws:

• We grant you a limited license to use our service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
• The open-source package is licensed under MIT
• You retain rights to your own content and data

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may terminate for policy violations
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Data will be deleted according to our retention policy

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
